Nearly a year after Chart Data helped break the news of its #1 bow, Camila Cabello’s debut album is celebrating its first chart anniversary.
‘Camila’ has now spent 52 consecutive weeks listed on the Billboard 200, America’s weekly tabulation of top albums as measured in units and tracked by Nielsen. In its 51st frame, the album climbed nearly 60 spots to #50 — partially aided by exiting Christmas titles. Its ranking on this week’s tally has yet to be announced.
Spawning the hits “Havana” (Hot 100: #1) and “Never Be the Same” (Hot 100: #6), the album broke and tied several records upon launch and wrapped 2018 with approximately 1 million units sold in the United States (including 170,000 from traditional sales).
