Cardi B has reportedly crossed 1 billion cumulative streams on Apple Music. She becomes the sixth female artist to hit this milestone, joining Rihanna (currently the only female with 2 billion listens), Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Adele and Nicki Minaj.
The news was first shared by Michah Singleton, who received official word from Apple Music.
Apple last shared its list of most streamed women back on March 8. News that Rihanna had topped 2 billion listens broke the following day. Here’s the previous top 20 with the female acts now over 1 billion streams bolded:
