Following a Golden Buzzer winning rendition of the track on last week’s America’s Got Talent, Demi Lovato’s “Warrior” surged 1,780% in week over week sales.
With just over 2,000 downloads sold in the United States in the week ending July 12, “Warrior” pushes its release to date total to 222,000 copies.
Intended to be a ‘sequel’ to her top 10 hit “Skyscraper”, “Warrior” was originally issued as the closing track on Demi’s 2013 self titled album. Said album also includes the Hot 100 hits “Heart Attack”, “Really Don’t Care”, “Neon Lights” and “Made in the USA”.
